About Me...
I am a new"ish" runner who had problems getting started with the habit of running. I am the kind of person who researched training plans, read books from the library, and read other people's blogs BEFORE I even started running. I'm a thinker, not a runner!
I created this blog, "Just Start Running," to record my running log and keep myself accountable. I post my runs (of course), lessons learned, good advice I've picked up from "experts," and some funny stories too.
